Administrative Assistant-Transportation – Part-Time position. The transportation team at Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. (CAPBMCI) has an exciting opportunity for employment in the Concord NH office. This position would be perfect for the person who enjoys a fast paced work day filled with a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. Main duties include: customer service phone work assisting customers with ride scheduling and trip planning; collecting and compiling data for compliance reporting; accounts payable processing; accounts receivable invoice preparation; daily fare reconciliation; assisting with driver scheduling and training; coordinating and documenting vehicle maintenance. We are focused on providing the best possible public transportation service to the citizens of Belknap and Merrimack counties, and we need an engaged and customer service oriented person to complete our team. Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills and computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft office, are a must for this position. Proficiency in administrative record keeping and office procedures are important, and strong organizational skills will be needed to help keep the team on target. Bus Driver – Full-Time position. Help us serve the residents of the Concord Area with our Demand Response and Fixed Route Service. There are morning and afternoon shifts, full time and part time no weekends. Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. All positions are safety sensitive and require background checks. Requirements include a NH Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement (CDL-B), a current DOT medical card and excellent driving record. Public or private transportation experience a plus.
